Living Room
The ground floor of the living room is divided into two sections:
• Cozy seating area: A slightly elevated section with two armchairs and a sofa arranged around a fireplace.
• Dining area: A larger space featuring 12 light, movable catering tables and 20 comfortable dining chairs. The furniture is designed to be easily rearranged for your needs, whether inside or on the covered outdoor terrace.
Optional buffet and bar tables can be placed as desired, either indoors or outdoors.
The kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped to serve 24 people and includes:
• Induction hob
• Dishwasher
• Two refrigerators
• Optional gas cooker (Butane gas)
• Additional large paella pan (Butane gas)
Extra Facilities
• Outdoor Yoga Terrace:
100 m² with seating for 8 guests and 2 sunbeds.
• Covered Outdoor Terrace:
Ideal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
• Indoor Yoga Space:
80 m², fully equipped for 20 participants with mats, cushions, blankets, bolsters, and blocks.
• Swimming Pool:
Unheated, with a surrounding terrace, sofa, lounge seating,
and 2 sunbeds.
• Ice/Hot Tub:
Adjustable water temperature ranging from 3°C to 40°C.
• Hammam:
Steam sauna located adjacent to the indoor yoga space.
• Barbecue:
A barbecue (Butane gas)

All bathrooms are equipped with showers, toilets, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
Technical Infrastructure
• Water: Sourced from a private well. Please use water sparingly due to limited availability.
• Electricity: 85% powered by solar panels. Avoid using all appliances simultaneously due to limited external energy supply.
• Internet: Starlink Basic (50–100 Mbps, 26–33 ms latency).
• Fireplace: One basket of firewood is included; additional small baskets (€7.50) and large baskets (€15.00) are available.
